K-Tip - Fizz

This is our K-Tip, hand-forged by Joe and Jimmy in Somerset, UK. It works perffectly fine it's just the Kurouchi has been removed as a sample.

HANDLE: Octagonal handle made out of waste plastic in Lancaster, England. The plastic is collected, washed, shredded and melted into the handle shape. 

BLADE: Kiritsuke, as known as k-tip knives, were seen as a symbol of status, expertise and seniority in the kitchen - it wouldn’t be uncommon to find the head chef using one of these knives. This knife is a level up. 160mm length.

STEEL: 52100
This is an incredibly sharp high carbon British steel and holds an edge well.
